From the first generation of the model, the amount of stone powder added is 40%, and the production capacity is 200 kg per hour; By the time of the fourth generation model, the amount of stone powder had reached 70%, and the production capacity reached 500 kg per hour!

The more stone powder is added, the better the functionality of the stone plastic box, and the lower the price. At present, the stone plastic box produced by adding 70% stone powder has the characteristics of waterproof, moisture-proof, compression-resistant, tear-resistant, freeze-resistant, recyclable and degradable.

In order to reduce costs and increase efficiency, Jiashengde has overcome the problem of plasticization and dispersion molding caused by the large amount of stone powder. On the one hand, increase R&D investment and strengthen cooperation with universities and institutes; On the other hand, new technologies are used to make up for shortcomings, and product optimization is carried out from the two directions of hardware and software of the equipment. In terms of software, the whole machine adopts PLC program control; In terms of hardware, the machining and process from the qualitative cooling of the mold were optimized.

According to the person in charge, its R&D team will work with Qingdao University of Science and Technology to jointly develop the fifth generation model, which is expected to reach 75% of the stone powder addition, and strive to apply for the first set of major technical equipment next year, so as to contribute more wisdom and strength to the development of China's environmental protection industry!
